entrepreneurism has given him a broad business background. Specialties range from building
and leading teams of artists in all aspects of web and print media, to manufacturing and
retailing. Stu is an expert in product ideation and commercialization, with a strategic focus on
scalability and ROIs.
Steve McKay
Chief Operations Officer / Co-Founder
With 25 years experience having built an accomplished luxury home general contracting
business and 8 years experience co-creating several premier cannabis brands with an
emphasis in cultivation, and manufacturing, Steve is an expert in team management, logistics,
and productivity.
Dr. Sofia Sawitz, PT, DPT
Chief Scientific Officer / Co-Founder
A health, wellness, and exercise specialist, Dr. Sofia Sawitz is a board certified Doctor of
Physical Therapy, Kinesiologist, University professor and researcher. Whether she’s treating
patients, teaching doctoral physical therapy students, or developing products, Dr. Sawitz’s
passion for improving functional wellness leads the way.
Howard Gordon
Chief Development Officer / Co-Founder
Howard Gordon is an entrepreneurial hospitality industry leader with extensive experience in all
facets of business, from strategy development through tactical execution. Howard has over 35
years of industry experience and is 3
rd generation in the restaurant business, 5
th generation in
the baking industry and 2
nd generation in liquor and wine distribution. Although his history
includes operating a number of hospitality businesses, opening a visionary retail bakery, serving
as a partner in Paradise Tropical Tea, it was his work with The Cheesecake Factory
Restaurants that earned Gordon national and international acclaim.
